Pricing $1500-$2500+
VENDOR POLICY: We offer an open vendor policy for you to have the freedom to choose your vendors. If you serve alcohol, we do require the use of a bartending company on our vendor list and hire our security team. We are happy to assist you in your vendor choice. Of course, the vendors on our list, our “dream team” as we call them, will not disappoint. Vendors must submit a Certificate of Insurance.

Our pricing is upfront and transparent, The Madelyn has no hidden fees. We require our couples to purchase a $1m Wedding & Event Insurance Policy which includes alcohol coverage (comes with no additional fee.)

We also collect a Refundable Damage & Policy Deposit of $500. If the policies set within our contract have been followed and no damage has occurred to the property, the deposit is refunded within 10 days.

Pricing is subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not necessarily the date of the tour. (Occasionally, couples tour months before booking or before future calendar dates are available.) If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.

The Madelyn Venue & GuestHouse serves couples from Dallas, Ft. Worth & North Texas to Oklahoma. Conveniently located just north of DFW Airport via highways 35, 75 & 377 & 289, our venue is a destination accessible to all.

For those who live in other states, we are happy to Facetime or Zoom a personalized tour.
